Stay invested but manage your risk

A colleague of mine built this chart: « stay invested » or « miss the best 10, 20,… days of trading ».

Their conclusion: stay invested (of course).

I then asked them to make the same chart avoiding the worst 10, 20,… trading days. Here are their results:
